EnduraPlank HDPE plastic lumber is manufactured from purified blends of post-consumer, pre-consumer and/or virgin HDPE (high density polyethylene) based resins. Antioxidant processing aids, UV-inhibited pigments, foaming agents and other compounds are introduced pending the end use and customer needs.
Essentially maintenance free due to exceptional resistance to moisture, fading, insects, splintering, warping and other common outcomes from environmental stress that one observes with common wood or wood fiber composite products. Requires no waterproofing, staining, or other common reoccurring maintenance, other than the occasional washing with soap and water to remove dirt and debris. Very color stable due to UV pigment systems which resist breakdown from prolonged sun and weather exposure. Uniform finish with deep rich color options. Extremely well suited for exterior applications, where resistance to weathering and minimal maintenance is required but the high value appearance must be maintained. Triumph Stadium Seating is made up of materials that are 100% recyclable. The legs and hinges are made of durable powder coated steel, while the backs and seats are made of blow molded HDPE plastic. These materials all possess an important characteristic of sustainability allowing our future generations to recycle and reuse the materials at hand. The Seat and Back are solid contoured, high density polyethylene blow-molded plastic with double walled construction, pebbled surface texturing and thru-coloring with UV stabilizer. Colors can be chosen from the manufacturers standard color chart. The seat bottom has a no-pinch waterfall front edge. The gravity seat lift system ensures that rows are not obstructed by seats staying in the open position. Hinges are designed with UHMW bearings that do not require lubrication. Optional Features include cup holders, number and letter plates, as well as donor and team decal plates. Chair widths vary from 19" up to 24". Chairs may be riser mounted or mounted directly to the floor. |

Telescopic bleachers are used in multi purpose facilities such as gymnasiums, arenas, preforming arts centres, theatres, convention centres, and much more. They are perfect for environments that demand multiple, flexible seating configurations with quick changeover times.
All seats function on the telescopic principle and when closed, provide either a flat fold front or closed back. The operation of the seating is progressive and upon closing, all rows move to the closed position providing an increase of usable floor space. The system incorporates a locking mechanism provided by individual row locks or cylinder locks. These permit securement of any row in user position, and it operates only upon the unlocking and moving of the first row. |

Global Sport Resources offers various types of fixed bleacher systems. Some of the bleacher systems we offer are bench style bleachers, bleacher deck systems, steel grandstands and precast grandstands. All our bleachers are designed to meet all Provincial and Federal building codes.
Bench Style Bleacher seating is custom designed to each project’s requirement. This provides optimum sight lines for the spectators and maximizes the seating capacity required for the project. The bleacher system consists of a galvanized steel under-structure, formed aluminum footboards and risers and a choice between aluminum or EnduraPlank for the seating area. |

Steel grandstand structures provide permanent seating at an economical cost per seat. If seating is your only need and budget constraints mandate initial construction, steel grandstand structures will be your best choice. For future needs, this structure can easily be expanded to provide additional seating capacity. Steel Roof systems can be constructed to cover the seating area partially or in its entirety.

Portland cement is the ultimate choice for maximum longevity and minimum maintenance. Precast Concrete Grandstands riser/deck structure is fully waterproofed, allowing the total area beneath the seating to be enclosed and developed into usable space without the use of a separate roof system under the seating area.

Bleacher Deck Systems
|
The semi-closed deck system utilizes mill finished aluminum extrusions, placed next to each other and securely fastened to the under-structure to fill the footboard area, providing a solid walking surface. Riserboards are placed between the footboards and the seat to leave a gap under the seat that is code compliant.
The closed deck system utilizes aluminum extrusions, placed next to each other and securely fastened to the under-structure to provide a solid and completely closed walking surface, which will not allow any major debris to fall through. Riserboards are placed between the footboards eliminating any large gaps. The fully closed deck system joins the footboards and riserboards with a tongue-and-groove design for higher performance, eliminating gaps between runs. |
